Black History Month

Black History Month

We celebrated Black History Month in our school by reading about significant people in history:

Lilian Bader, Phillis Wheatley and Ignatius Sancho. and by learning an African dance with our visitor, Gemma Devine.

We really enjoyed all our activities. At the end of the week, we read out the Q and As that we had written

in our Key Stage 2 assembly.
